I love this chair!!! It's so comfortable! And it looks great! I was worried because it was late for 1 day, and it turned out that tomorrow (in the afternoon) 2 boxes of this chair came. It was quite easy to assemble. All the parts, tools and instructions were there and understandable, and not just pictures. This chair is long enough to watch TV and massage comfortably; not enough to sleep. The chair comes with a built-in seat base (a wooden base with casters and a bottom seat with a lever that reclines into one). The lever is easy to use and sturdy. The rotating casters are sturdy and quiet. The backrest is firm and well balanced. Since I chose the creamy white color (a very nice creamy white color - not too white), I bought the warranty just in case it gets stained. I can't say enough good for...

Okay, here's an honest review for you. Price: Their price on this chair so if I were you, I would wait until the price is below $900. That's what I did. Shipping: The chair wasn't supposed to arrive for about a week and a half but it was delivered to my front door in about 4 days, so that was a pleasant surprise. The box that was delivered was huge because the chair had to be assembled. The box was also quite heavy so I just opened the box outside, where the delivery person delivered it. Assembly: The backrest just drops down to the footrest and the chair only needs 4 screws and the included wrench. It does include instructions, but if you really need instructions to assemble it. Quality: This chair is very well made and nothing about it feels cheap. The leather is tight and there are no sagging parts. If you really pay attention, the palisander coating on the outside of the chair just covers what looks like particle board, but who really cares. The seat is nice and sturdy. Also, it can swivel 360 degrees while the backrest can be forced to swivel but is not made to swivel. Comfort: Many people say that this chair is very low. I disagree with this. I would actually prefer if the chair was made with a more reclined angle. It's a very nice chair to sit in, and for a long time, but definitely not something you can enjoy like for work. Overall: I gave it 5 stars because the shipping was great, the shape is fantastic, the chair looks amazing, and it's relatively comfortable and I highly recommend buying from them based on my experience. I will update this review in the future if anything changes with the quality of the chair.

I now own my premium seating product and am delighted with it! I have an 'old' back and it really does act up every now and then so I like to lie down quite a lot. I have also worked from home ever since the pandemic hits and so, good seating is a must! I am very chuffed with myself for finding this iconic chair at a lower price but still such great quality! I am quite petite and this chair is just perfect really, I feel so comfortable every time I sit in it. Well done and well-sourced, along with delivery and assistance perfecto! It met my expectations and I am a very happy customer.
