Okay, here's an honest review for you. The chair wasn't supposed to arrive for about a week and a half but it was delivered to my front door in about 4 days, so that was a pleasant surprise. The box that was delivered was huge because the chair had to be assembled. The box was also quite heavy so I just opened the box outside, where the delivery person delivered it. Assembly: The backrest just drops down to the footrest and the chair only needs 4 screws and the included wrench. It does include instructions, but if you really need instructions to assemble it. Quality: This chair is very well made and nothing about it feels cheap. The leather is tight and there are no sagging parts. If you really pay attention, the palisander coating on the outside of the chair just covers what looks like particle board, but who really cares. The seat is nice and sturdy. Also, it can swivel 360 degrees while the backrest can be forced to swivel but is not made to swivel. Comfort: Many people say that this chair is very low. I disagree with this. I would actually prefer if the chair was made with a more reclined angle. It's a very nice chair to sit in, and for a long time, but definitely not something you can enjoy like for work. Overall: I gave it 5 stars because the shipping was great, the shape is fantastic, the chair looks amazing, and it's relatively comfortable and I highly recommend buying from them based on my experience. I will update this review in the future if anything changes with the quality of the chair.

This chair transcends comfort and style. No complaints about this chair whatsoever. But take note: The chair itself is quite heavy and was awkward to carry up the stairs but worth the effort. Looks really nice in my bedroom, sitting in my corner. I bought the taller version because I am pretty tall. It actually has a higher back, which suits me fine. I really like the construction of the chair and materials used.

The quality of the chair has been excellent so far. I'm a fairly slim, 6' guy, and I can say this chair is a 9.5/10 for sitting on. I am a very detailed person and checked everything. The seating position is accurate, 14.8 degrees on the base by my measurements. The back is also at the correct angle, but the chair has that audible whoosh when you sit. Nonetheless, you'd sink into this chair and stay for hours. I must also mention the assistance I received from Alicia in customer service. She was incredibly helpful with the purchasing process and provided detailed information about the product. Her responses were informative and fast, making the entire experience smooth. The delivery was within the promised 4-6 day range. Her professionalism added to the overall satisfaction with the purchase.
