Re-shipped my two defective chairs, and they are perfect. I am so pleased with the service they provided and went above and beyond to replace my two chairs and helped me out even after my return window was closed. has reached out to me and has offered to take care of me and send me two more chairs. I’m very grateful for that as I have been searching for chairs for 10 years and I absolutely fell in love with these and I’m so excited I get to get two more. Nice to have a company stand by their product and satisfy their customer. One chair has already started to come apart on the seat area. I’ve had them not quite 2 months. I’m so disappointed. The seam has come apart and the rattan is sagging. And they won’t refund them or replace them. I have been looking for chairs like these for the last five years because my other ones were finally worn out after 20 years. But I have been so scared to purchase any because they weren’t the right fit, or comfortable or good quality. I am so pleased with these. They were so easy to put together, they are so well crafted, extremely comfortable, and they just look fabulous in my kitchen area. Every chair is just like the other, there’s no difference in wood color, they match perfectly.

Setting it up was straightforward and hassle-free. I've had it for a while and only just got around to unpacking it today. Truly pleased! It's robust and of excellent quality. I had concerns about the design's stability when ordering, but those fears were unfounded. It's incredibly sturdy! It's even more stable than conventional designs and has a great appearance. Plus, it's larger than I anticipated, making it so comfy to sit on.

The chairs arrived at 10 August very quickly, I purchase on 3 August, were packaged well with easy to sort hardware, and clear directions to follow for assembly. My husband and I each assembled one chair without any trouble. The chairs are very comfortable with the padded seat and ergonomic design. The frame is sturdy and the rubber pads allow the chairs to move safely on wood floors. These chairs are a great addition to our kitchen table or for relaxed seating in the living room when friends come to visit.
